Back in action this week, but we'll be pushing as much awareness of the Samaritans this week as we can. As the days get darker, it's so easy to forget how lonely and desperate that some people can get. It's all our responsibility to be there....for everyone....remember professionals who can help are only a phone call away. But we can all help in our own way, being kinder is just the start!
